AIMS, INC does not have paid employees. All work done for the organization is done on a volunteer basis. Board members and officers alike sacrifice time and money to accomplish the goals of the organization. 100% of your donations go directly to fund teaching and learning at our schools. We even pay back credit card or platform fees, meaning if a donor gives $100 with a credit card and we got only $97, we’d make up the $3 and send the full $100 to provide education for our children. It may be inconvenient at times, but we believe it’s the best approach to giving.
